About Me

I am a UK registered and licensed applied psychologist with over 25 years experience of working in community primary and secondary NHS mental health teams and hospitals, voluntary and private sectors and the UK Criminal Justice System. I am insured to offer psychological services in the UK and internationally.

I am trained and experienced in a number of therapeutic approaches aimed at treating mental health disorders. Throughout my career I have worked with a broad range of mental health presentations in a variety of contexts with individuals, families and groups. 

I now specialize in the treatment of all subtypes and themes of OCD. I am committed to offering the most effective treatment for OCD with the aim of eliminating compulsions and avoidance. 

I also treat other anxiety and mood disorders and support people struggling with life events and transitions. I assess and diagnose adult / adolescence ADHD. 

As a Christian psychologist I provide a safe space for other Christians to explore your mental health from a Christian context and perspective. However you do not need to be a Christian to see me; you can be of a different faith, no faith or somewhere in between.

I'm a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council (PYL26243) an accredited CBT therapist with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies (080776) and an Accredited Counsellor with the Association of Christian Counsellors (R001156). I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZA757445)
